At a coworking centre in Noida’s River Side Tower, a homegrown flexible workspace service recently added nearly 1,500 seats. The new centre, which is expected to open by the end of March 2022, will be part of Awfis’ plan to establish 200 centres around the country by 2022. The centre has an area of 85,000 square feet.
The flex area takes a cloud-based solution and is furnished with luxury and sophisticated facilities while adhering to the required social distance rules.
According to Amit Ramani, CEO and Founder, Awfis is happy to join with River Side Tower to launch this new location in Noida, which is fast rising as one of India’s major business destinations for large-scale corporations and startups alike.
Awfis now operates 11 coworking locations in the Delhi-NCR region, with ambitions to expand to 10-15 additional locations by the end of 2022.
Awfis has opened 50+ centres with over 30,000 seats and launched three new markets in the last 15 months, owing to increased demand for flex workplaces. The firm presently has 121 centres with 70,000 seats spread across 14 cities, and it plans to expand its footprint across India to 200 centres by 2022.
