Awfis is a fully tech-enabled workspace solutions platform that provides products that cater to the companies and the employees through its flex workspaces, enterprise workspace solution, design & build solution (Awfis Transform), integrated facility management (Awfis Care), remote working solutions & work from home solution (Awfis@Home).
Presently, Awfis has 90 centers and 51,000 seats in 12 cities and is prepping to set up 100 centers in the coming few months. Awfis Space Solutions is expanding its footprint in Hyderabad and adding premium workspaces under the newly launched ‘Awfis Gold’ offering.
One such endeavor of Awfis is its center at Rajapushpa Summit in the Financial district of Hyderabad. The company will also launch one such center in Begumpet to meet the requirements of large-scale enterprises and their employees in the ‘new normal.’Awfis will be launching nine Gold centers (including the two in Hyderabad) that will spread across 2 lakh sq ft with over 5000 seats in the coming four months. All these centers will be available in Grade A properties of metro markets such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata. The company already has one Gold center at Prestige Shantiniketan –I at Bengaluru.
Amit Ramani of Awfis shared that they have already begun operations at Rajapushpa Summit. It is spread over a 30,000 sq ft carpet area and 45,000 sq ft rentable area. The center has 900 seats, and Ramani points out that half of the space was sold before the center went live.
The other center will be coming up at Prestige Phoenix, Begumpet, which will go live by the end of this month. This center will have a carpet area of 25,000 sq ft and a 35,000 sq ft rentable area with about an 800-seat capacity.
Since companies are looking for hybrid and co-working spaces that provide Grade A infrastructure, best-in-class facilities, and accessibility, the company has an edge, says Ramani adding that Awfis is focused on metro cities for the next 12-15 months, though they might explore options in tier-2 cities later.
