The CRE world is witnessing major shifts in occupier sentiments due to the evolved working patterns, especially so after the pandemic-led disruption. However, what has remained unstirred throughout is the need for flexibility in work model.

The influence of temporary work-from-home flexibility now reverberates in post-pandemic workplace strategies, conditioning companies into incorporating flexibility into their short-term and long-term plans. By adopting a hybrid work model, companies are bringing offices to their workforce, giving life to distributed workforce strategy, wherein flex workspaces have emerged as the catalyst.

In our latest report, we surveyed C-level occupiers to understand their workplace strategies, draw insights into current preferences and forecast how these trends will shape future preferences.
