Awfis, a flexible workspace provider, has leased out 65,000 sq ft having over 900 seats to UNext in Lido Mall, Bengaluru. Knight Frank was the sole consultant partner for the transaction.
In February 2022, the company had leased 85,000 sq ft space with 1,500 seats in River Side Tower, sector 125, Noida.
Awfis currently has 131 co-working centres and 77,500 seats spread across 14 cities and plans to add 200 centres by end of 2022.
