Awfis, has partnered with UNext, a next generation online learning organization focused on the higher education ecosystem. As part of this partnership, Awfis has leased 65,000 sq ft. and 900+ seats to UNext in its marquee 100th centre in Bengaluru. Knight Frank was the sole consultant partner for the transaction.

Awfis brought its expertise of catering to highly specialised and customized requirements of companies and made pioneering design innovations for UNext’s new office in Lido Mall, Bengaluru. Awfis’ Lido Mall center, also known as ‘Awfis One’ is strategically located at Bengaluru’s prominent CBD, MG Road and offers Grade-A infrastructure and unmatched amenities. The extraordinary provisions of the building include exceptional arrival experience, dedicated in-house studio and phygital collaboration setups across the workspace.

In line with the post-pandemic reality and changing business needs, Awfis is working closely with leading startups, mid-sized corporates and large enterprises for their renewed & customized workspace needs.

Awfis, India’s largest network of flex workspaces announced the addition of its 13th centre to its overall Kolkata portfolio. Awfis is the market leader for flex workspaces in Kolkata, and has now launched a new centre in Acropolis which spans across 13,000 sq. ft.

The centre in Acropolis is strategically located at Rashbehari Connector close to E.M. Bypass and will include a variety of lifestyle-driven, state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure to provide our members with a tailored and seamless workplace experience, in line with the rise in demand for hybrid workspaces.

Awfis has strengthened its roots in Tier II cities by expanding its operations in Kochi. Awfis’ marquee centre in Kochi is spread across 38,000 sq. ft. and is located in Mezhukkattil Matrix, Chittoor Road.

Awfis, India’s flex workspaces have leased a 75,000 sq. ft. area in Indore in line with the company’s aim to meet the burgeoning demand for workspaces in tier 2 markets across the nation.

Situated in the commercial business district of Indore, the two centres are located at Winway World Offices and Brilliant Sapphire in Vijay Nagar. Awfis doubled the Vijay Nagar centre capacity to meet the demand of 600+ seats spread across 59,000 sq. ft. for leading IT and consulting firm, owing to its rapid expansion in the city.

Awfis centres in Indore are a testament to the growing demand for flex workspaces in Tier 2 markets as Indian Corporates and MNCs facilitate hybrid working and work near home for employees, hence, moving closer to their workforce and available talent pool in these emerging metros. The first centre in Indore went live in June 2022.
